To ensure both physical and psychological fitness. The specific
components are Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Muscular power,
Flexibility, Cardio respiratory endurance and Neuro muscular
co-ordination, Agility, Speed. The school promotes skill at games where
each student is motivated to have mastery over in any one individual
game. A separate play ground is set aside for the K.G Section which
facilitates our tiny tots. Every pupil must take part in the school
games and other activities unless declared physically unfit or exempted
by the principal.
Karate
Karate-Do is the classical art of weaponless self-defense; it literally translates as " The method of the empty hands".
Traditional Karate-Do uses mental focus and discipline to develop physical skills such as speed, strength, and agility.
Training the mind and body together results in more
productive benefits as opposed to monotonous exercise routines found in
most fitness gyms.

Counselor at our Institution
Dr.B.Imtiyasz, Developmental Psychologist the student counselor is
visiting the institution once in a week. Group classes are conducted to
create counseling awareness among students, staff and parents. Group
counseling has done on selected topics depending upon the availability
of students’ time. The counselor will be sitting individually with
students who are in need of personal counseling with the written
permission from the parents.
